Yes. Each restaurant is a separate organization with its own books, its own chart of accounts and its own team. On Pro, you pay $39.99/mo or $399/yr per location, and you switch between them from the organization switcher in the topbar.

Define standard recipes for your menu items with ingredient quantities. If your costing method is Recipe, every sale posts its cost of goods sold at recipe cost and takes those ingredients off stock — so your next stock count shows, ingredient by ingredient, how far real usage ran from the recipe.

Cancelling returns the organization to the free plan — nothing is deleted and your books stay exactly as they are. Excel export is a Pro feature, so export anything you want to keep while the subscription is still active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.

Yes. You set your currency during onboarding. BasilBook supports any currency — all amounts are displayed in your chosen format.

BasilBook runs in any modern browser — desktop, tablet or phone. Native iPhone and iPad apps are in development and not yet released. They sign in with Apple or Google, cover the everyday workflows rather than everything the web console does, and keep what you enter while you are offline so it is sent once you are back online.
